Boris Bogatyrev has been elected as General Director of OJSC “METROWAGONMASH”. Boris Yuryevich Bogatyrev was elected as the general director of the company by decision of the Board of Directors of OJSC “METROWAGONMASH”. The new general director have started to work on July 21, 2016. Boris Bogatyrev was born on October 20, 1962. He graduated from the Tashkent Institute of Railway Transport Engineers. In period of 2001-2003 he worked as deputy director and in 2003-2004 moved to the position of executive director of the Tashkent plant for the repair of passenger cars. Then in 2004-2005 he became the first deputy general director for technical policy, director of the department of locomotive traction cars of CJSC "Passenger car building". In 2005, he headed the Oktyabrsky Electric Railway Car Repair Plant (OEVRZ). He has been working in the Transmashholding system since 2006. From 2014 to 2016 he headed Demikhovsky Machine Building Plant. In 2016 he again headed the OEVRZ. Since the appointment of general director of OJCS “METROWAGONMASH” Boris Bogatyrev combines two positions. Leaving the post of general director Andrey Andreyev will head the board of directors of OJSC "METROWAGONMASH".
