The Railbus design and materials applied ensure workability of all its systems at environment temperatures from -50 to +40 °C. The climatic construction corresponds to mark "U" of the GOST 15150.

Power unit:
is the traction unit "Power pack", which incorporates power section comprising the MTU diesel engine (EURO II), generator, VOITH hydrodynamical transmission and all the operationally necessary equipment such as filter, radiator, exhaust silencer, ect. as well as complex interfaces.
Other subassemblies whose function lies outside the field of vehicle traction, i.e. compressors for braking and air conditioning systems, train electric power generator, ect. can be integrated into the "Power Pack" envelope.


Body:
self-supporting, all-metal with the stainless steel siding. Passenger boarding to and from either high and low platforms is ensured.
