    At the end of 1960 the new advanced models of dumpers have appeared: building ZIL-MMZ-130D and agricultural ZIL-MMZ-130B. Manufacturing ready-mix trucks ZIL-ÌÌZ-553 which were used at construction Asuan of a dam on the river of Niles began. The planned production of dumpers ZIL-ÌÌZ-555 began from the end of 1964.

Under the initiative of designer N.M.Litarova the new ventilating device of the car with automatic submission of air, and also the facilitated mechanism for closing doors was created. And in 1963 manufacture of new, more economic cars such as "Å" which in 1969 were advanced and began to be issued as cars such as "HEDGEHOG". Express trains of a factory began to be delivered specially for the Leningrad underground, and also to Tbilisi and Baku. Orders from foreign countries have appeared: Czechoslovakia and Hungary.

    The computer center began to work from 1968 at a factory. In 1972 the batch production of dumper ZIL-MMZ-554B began.

    The seventieth years on MMZ have begun from development of a comprehensive plan of technical progress, perfection of the organization of work and social development of collective.

    In 1973-1977 designers of the enterprise have developed new updating cars of the underground - the car such as "ÅZZ" on the basis of which export updating - cars such as "ÅCS" and "ÅVZ" was developed, intended for the Prague and Budapest undergrounds. In 1974 tests of cars such as "I" which body was made of an aluminium alloy have begun. This car on three tons was easier than the car such as "Å", its interior was wider and contained on 25-30 passengers more.
